ImperGuard MG is an extremely effective product for making marble, granite and all smooth low-porosity inorganic surfaces (especially low-porosity siliceous limestone materials) water repellent.

• ImperGuard MG is capable of withstanding stagnant water for 48 hrs (test procedure JC/T902-2002 and JC/T973-2005). This exceptional resistance to water enables it to give deep down protection to low-porosity materials against rainwater penetration.

• ImperGuard MG thus prevents the harmful effects of infiltration, acid rain, erosion, the freeze/thaw cycle, moss and lichen growth, efflorescence and more.

• ImperGuard MG is a penetrating (non-film-forming) water repellent sealer. Colourless after application, it modifies neither the appearance nor the nature of the treated substrate. However, on certain materials the product may slightly accentuate the colour (test first).

• ImperGuard MG can be used indoors and out, on vertical and horizontal surfaces, and on all low-porosity materials such as marble, granite, ceramics, porcelain, polished or crystalline surfaces, etc. It is ideal for treating edges and undersides: it protects from rising damp associated with the bedding and laying of flags.
